Boursin or Alouette Cheese Spread Stuffed Celery

Continuing on with my suggestion that a mixed celery stick tray can make a fun, and different, appetizer for parties or the holidays... These Boursin or Alouette Cheese Stuffed Celery Sticks are really, really, good folks:@) I used the garlic and herb variety. They'd be the perfect savory addition to your appy platter, add some Nutty Buddy Stuffed Celery for the sweet side:@) Both easy to make, and if for a party, I'd make them bite size and serve with fun food picks.
I stirred the cheese to mix it well,
and added it to a disposable icing bag to easily fill the celery.
Too easy!

Eat well and have a happy day:@)

  1. I'm not fond of celery, but ever since you introduced me to Boursin deviled eggs? Wow. My hubby and I are both addicted. He's a 'night owl' and has been eating it on Ritz crackers almost every night.

  3. Great idea, Lynn, in using the Boursin or Alouette. I like idea better than pimento cheese.
