This bread makes nice toast and would be great for turkey or ham sandwiches.

1 Tblsp olive oil-I used butter
2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 tsp cinnamon
1/2 C whole wheat flour
1 1/8 C A/P flour
3/4 tsp rapid rise yeast
1/8 C raisins - optional
- Add everything to bread machine, choose soft loaf and let 'er rip. Be sure to check after a couple minutes, you may need to add a little more flour or some water. You want the dough to look like a nice smooth ball.

Your bread sounds wonderful Lynn! It would be naughty rather than nice for Santa to bring me a bread machine. :) Hope your Christmas was Merry!
