Thinner yarns work better but don't hesitate to use what you have. And if you happened to make a scarf for your daughter or granddaughter, how fun to make a matching one for her doll! If the yarn is 3 or 4 ply, and if you have the patience, you might want to separate it into two strands to better match the scale of the doll. - Chain as many as needed to make it at least 10" long.
- Use any crochet stitch you'd like, chaining two and turning at the ends. Repeat until it reaches a width you like (approx 1/2").
- Sew or single crochet the ends together to make a circle and weave in your strings.
