Winter Cooking: Easy Beef Stew & Quick White Bread Recipe

Even though we may all be dreaming of spring, the reality is, here in Philly, as well as a lot of other places, we have another month of winter left. It's actually snowing here today... So that calls for some hearty meals:@) I dug ~way back~ to 2015 and found this Darn Good Beef Stew. This is a nice recipe that takes a while to cook on the stove top, but I promise it will make the house smell great and be worth the wait! 

And of course we want a nice slice of bread to enjoy every last drop of that gravy, here's a Quick Homemade White Bread that takes about 1 1/2 hours from start to finish. Most of that is resting time for the yeast. Good stuff folks:@)
