Blue Cheese and Grape Coleslaw

Wow, this Blue Cheese and Grape Cole Slaw was really good and ~my version~ is really easy folks! While we like a little (mostly with wings), we are not blue cheese aficionados here at Pig In Mud... So I chose to skip the crumbled cheese and skip the bottled coleslaw dressing and just used blue cheese salad dressing. That worked well! I also had a pack of real bacon bits from Aldi in the freezer. So if you use a bagged coleslaw mix, the most time consuming part is cutting the grapes:@) I am giving this salad my darn good label and highly recommend it if you want to try something new.
I'll list what I did below, you can click the link for the original recipe.

Blue Cheese and Grape Coleslaw-adapted from Taste of Home
packaged coleslaw mix, as much as you'd like
bacon, cooked and crumbled, as much as you'd like-I used packaged bits
grapes, cut in half or quarters if large, as much as you'd like
blue cheese salad dressing, as much as you'd like
~Mix everything well, adding as much salad dressing as desired.

  6. Sounds yummy Lynn! I've used blue cheese salad dressing with coleslaw for a Buffalo Meatball Slider before. Love the addition of the grapes and of course, bacon bits!
