I've adapted the recipe a bit for a smaller amount and will list that below. You can stop by Patti's for the full 2 lb recipe.
Bavarian Meatballs-adapted from Pandora's Box
For each 7oz frozen cooked meatballs:
1 Tblsp dry onion soup mix
1 Tblsp brown sugar
1/4 small onion, sliced and chopped
1/4 C beer
- In vessel of crock pot stir to combine soup mix, brown sugar, onion and beer. Add meatballs and stir to coat.
- Plug in Little Dipper Crock Pot, cover with lid and cook for 3 hours, stirring at around the hour marks.
- Stir and serve.
