Creamy Tomato Salad
Any combination:
up to 3 large tomatoes or up to a 2-3 C sliced grape tomatoes or some tomato and a cuke diced
Dressing:
1/2 C sour cream
1 Tblsp sugar
1 Tblsp cider vinegar
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp dried dill weed
S&P to taste
- Mix all dressing ingredients and let sit for at least 30 minutes in the fridge, covered.
- I suggest not adding the tomatoes until you're ready to serve. Tomatoes just have more flavor at room temperature and I like the dressing better when it's not watered down from the tomato/cucumber juice.
