I had some kielbasa in the freezer and thought it might be fun to whip up these Kielbasa BBQ Ranch Appys for the Eagles game on Sunday. The sausage was great, the game... Not so much, ugh. The ranch dressing tames the BBQ sauce and really adds another layer of flavor. Kielbasa isn't something most folks think of as a party appetizer, so it's a little different. An extra bonus, it only calls for three ingredients. I wouldn't hesitate to make these again folks:@)
I chose to brown my sausage a bit with the George Foreman.
Small batch = for each 1/2 C BBQ sauce, add 1 1/2 tsp dry ranch mix (or a smidge more).
