The only thing I'd do differently,
cut all of the cherries in half so there are more for each bite.
Recipe easily scaled down.
Sweet and Fruity Kielbasa Appetizer-from All Recipes
(2) 16 oz packages Kielbasa, cut into 1/2-1" pieces
16 oz bottle BBQ sauce
1/4 C grape jelly
15 oz can pineapple chunks, drained
4 oz jar maraschino cherries, drained
1 Tblsp crushed red pepper flakes-I just added a few shakes
2 dashes hot sauce
- Brown Kielbasa, can use a little oil if desired.
- Add everything else and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Serve as an appetizer with fun food picks, or over rice for dinner-with something green on the side, of course:@)
Eat well and have a happy day🏈

I have a keibalsa and pineapple recipe that is similar, and it was a big hit, I love the sweet and savory combo...the cherries do really make it look festive! Yay for football season!
