Pressure cooker corn on the cob:
Add 1 C water to vessel. Place cleaned corn in basket or on trivet.
Select 2 minutes, use automatic release, serve immediately.
It's my goal to eat as much farm fresh corn as I can this summer:@)
- Cook corn on the cob your favorite way.
- Roll in butter, slather in your favorite Buffalo Sauce (I used Frank's), drizzle with your favorite Blue Cheese Dressing.
- Optional: Garnish with fresh parsley or cilantro.
- Not optional: Pass the napkins!
Enjoy summer's bounty and have a happy day:@)
