2 Ingredient Lemon Bark for Spring

This 2 Ingredient Lemon Bark is a perky little treat that's perfect for early spring! All it calls for is creamy white chocolate and sour lemon candies. You can add some green sprinkles for St. Patrick's Day or some fun pastel sprinkles for a little more Easter pizzazz. I found myself sneaking yummy little bits each time I passed the bowl... See that smile on the bunny's face? If you like a little lemony pucker power, this candy is dangerously good:@)

I put the lemon candies in a zip top freezer bag and hit each one with a hammer once.
Saved some of the bigger pieces for the top and mixed the dust and smaller pieces into the melted chocolate.

This recipe is easily cut in half-
and the $1 box of Lemon Heads at Walmart or Dollar Tree will yield about 3/4 C crushed candy.

Lemon Bark-from Taste of Home
2 packages (10-12 oz each) white chocolate baking chips
1 C crushed hard lemon candies, divided-I used Lemon Heads
  1. Melt white chocolate in top of a double boiler, stir until smooth.
  2. Stir in 2/3 C lemon candy.
  3. Pour onto either parchment or silicone mat.
  4. Sprinkle top with remaining lemon candy.
  5. Allow to firm up and break into pieces. Store in air tight container.
Have a sticky sweet happy day:@)
