I put the lemon candies in a zip top freezer bag and hit each one with a hammer once.
Saved some of the bigger pieces for the top and mixed the dust and smaller pieces into the melted chocolate.
This recipe is easily cut in half-
and the $1 box of Lemon Heads at Walmart or Dollar Tree will yield about 3/4 C crushed candy.

2 packages (10-12 oz each) white chocolate baking chips
1 C crushed hard lemon candies, divided-I used Lemon Heads
- Melt white chocolate in top of a double boiler, stir until smooth.
- Stir in 2/3 C lemon candy.
- Pour onto either parchment or silicone mat.
- Sprinkle top with remaining lemon candy.
- Allow to firm up and break into pieces. Store in air tight container.
