Baked Buffalo Chicken Nuggets

Wow, these Baked Buffalo Chicken Nuggets were such a nice surprise, I really, really, enjoyed them! The chicken has great flavor and I think most people would find that they really don't have any heat as is, just big, bold juicy chicken and crispy breadcrumbs. I'm showing Frank's Hot Sauce and Ken's Blue Cheese as dipping options. Gotta tell ya folks, these were so good I'm looking forward to making them for the boys one Sunday dinner:@)
Update: Just made this for the second third time... this one's a keeper folks!
Observation: These seem to crisp up better in my little convection oven than in the big oven.

Baked Buffalo Chicken Nuggets-from The Stay At Home Chef
2-3 boneless, skinless, chicken breasts, cut into 1" chunks
1 C plain breadcrumbs
1/2 C fresh grated Parmesan cheese-I used pre-grated in the jar
1/2 tsp salt
3 Tblsp Italian seasoning
1/2 C Frank's RedHot Sauce or Frank's Wing Sauce
1/2 C butter, melted
  1. Mix breadcrumbs, Parm, salt and Italian seasoning in bowl.
  2. Mix hot sauce and butter in another bowl.
  3. Dip chicken into sauce/butter mixture.
  4. Drop into crumb mixture and pack crumbs on chicken well.
  5. Place on parchment covered baking sheet.
  6. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until chicken is done.
  7. Serve with hot sauce and/or blue cheese dressing if desired. Honey Mustard sauce sounds good too.
Eat well and have a happy day:@)
