Serve this with Bloody Mary's for a post-holiday brunch and it's a mighty fine way to start the day!
Relish Tray Vegetable Cream Cheese Spread
8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
1 Tblsp grated carrot-use the smallest grater you have for the carrots, I used my microplane.
2 Tblsp finely diced celery
1 Tblsp finely diced red and/or green bell pepper-add some jalapeno if you'd like
1 big radish finely diced
1 1/2 Tblsp scallion finely diced- or 1 1/2 tsp grated onion
2 Tblsp finely diced green olives
1 Tblsp finely diced gherkin pickles
1 Tblsp finely diced gherkin pickles
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
small pinch of dried dill weed
just a couple grates of lemon zest-optional
small pinch of dried dill weed

few grinds of black pepper
small pinch of salt-taste and adjust

~Gently mix everything until well incorporated, chill. Serve with bagels.

Yum, yum yum. So much cheaper than the packaged kind of flavored cream cheeses. Never thought of doing this.
