Since I figure we may still have ~a few~ hard boiled eggs to use up... These Parmesan and Cracked Black Pepper Deviled Eggs are just a little different, and I'm thinking maybe a tad more grown-up. Nothing ground breaking here, make your favorite mayo/sour cream/or yogurt and mustard based recipe and simply add about 1 tsp grated parm for each egg (yep, I used the stuff in the can). My only recommendation, don't choose a recipe that calls for pickles or any pickled juice. Mix in black pepper to taste, and add little to the top for garnish. That's it folks, serve with a side salad and crusty bread, pour a glass of wine, and call it Easter Monday lunch:@)
My holiday reality...
It's ok to try something new for blog fodder,
but we still need the same deviled eggs we always have too:@)
