ReplyDeleteOh Lynn, these sound delicious and they look pretty, too! I bought some roasted pumpkin seeds at our Fresh Market a few years ago, and they were good but pretty pricey. Thanks for sharing this simple recipe idea!

Smoked paprika is one of our favorite spices. Great idea to flavor it with the pumpkin seeds.

This used to be one of our family Halloween rituals growing up. My gang isn't so excited about pumpkin seeds, but I still am! Love that you used smoked paprika :)
