Buffalo Ham Kabobs -Outdoor or George Foreman Grill

Sometimes we tend to think of something as only having one use, Buffalo Sauce = chicken. These Buffalo Ham Kabobs are a different way to use wing sauce and grill up in no time! I chose to use my George Foreman Grill but they'd be great on any outdoor grill too. My veggies were the usual suspects, onions and peppers but I mixed things up with peaches. Have you ever added something spicy to peaches? They were very good with the hot sauce! Serve with extra sauce and/or some blue cheese dressing for dipping, good stuff folks:@)
This pic is right off of the grill, no extra slathering of sauce yet. If you're a fan of Buffalo Chicken Wings don't hesitate to use the sauce on other proteins, pork, turkey, sausage, even seafood. Click HERE for a few more ideas using hot sauce. Ken's makes a good blue cheese dressing, I like this version.

Buffalo Ham Kabobs
Ham, ideally about 3/4-1" thick and cut into 1" cubes-I had a thin ham steak so that's what I used
sweet onion and peppers, cut into 1" squares
peaches, cut into approx 1" squares
your favorite buffalo hot sauce-today I used original Frank's
oil for grates if grilling outside
blue cheese for dipping if desired
  1. Heat grill to medium hot.
  2. Alternately skewer meat, veggies and fruit.
  3. Slather with buffalo sauce.
  4. Place on heated grill (oil grates if using outdoor grill).
  5. Cook for approximately 5-7 minutes, turning several times and brushing with sauce after each turn.
  6. Serve with more hot sauce and blue cheese dressing, carrots and celery on the side would be nice too.
Fire up the grill of your choice and have a happy day:@)
