Mummy Mansion Halloween Cake

"Mummy, I'm Home"... Rachel brought me these adorable little pumpkin carrying mummies from Target-so I just had to play:@) This Mummy Mansion Cake popped right into my mind and the size of the mummies was perfect for my Nordicware Gingerbread House Cake Pan.
I used a recipe to turn a regular cake mix into a bundt cake, an easy Decorator's Icing and lots of candy...
 Candy Corn M&M's
Wilton Eyes, Sprinkles and Mummies
Bones and Colored Sugar
Brach's Candy Corn Autumn Mix
This is the kind of project the kids love, whether they help with the decorating or are given the cake as a gift.
It doesn't have to be perfect to be fun folks!
Make something silly and have a happy day:@)

  1. There was no holding back on this creation! Very fun.

  2. That's adorable! I love bundt cakes. They are always so pretty and different. I l love the mummies with pumpkins too.

  3. Is it a tiny cake? Small enough for individual cakes? I would love one fo those pans for the grands!

    1. This is the 9 cup size, they have two house pans as well 5-6 house (more cupcake) size pans. Have fun:@)

  4. Picture me smiling in delight Lynn! I LOVE LOVE LOVE your mummy mansion!! Those gummy pumpkin toting mummies are irresistible!! So stinkin' cute with the candy corn M&Ms and the scary eyes!!! The bone wreath is perfection and the icing trees! What a great fun pan!

  5. Lynn, thanks for starting my day with a smile.

  6. Oh my, soooo cute, Lynn! Your little cake is so much cuter than the kits they sell. Yes, the kids would have a ball decorating it. Rachel is so thoughtful to think of you, just like your Ma and boys do. Did you all dig in and eat it??

  7. Oh my goodness.. that is too darn cute!!! Last night .. after watching Halloween wars, I decided that I was going to make a tree made of chocolate ~ after midnight! I need your house to go with my tree! : )

  8. I had no idea you could get a pan like this. Great job! I just want to start picking at it behind your back.

  9. Lynn, Your mummy house mansion is adorable! Love it!

  10. that made me smile. just too cute!

  11. So cute! You did a wonderful job! =)

  13. What a great idea for the cute gingerbread pans. I have those too and we have made big Haunted Gingerbread Houses, but I never thought of making mini ones. Love them and the mummies are perfect.

  14. Oh y gosh I want one of those!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  15. That's too fun Lynn! I love that you used your gingerbread pan for a happy haunted house! That mummy is too, cute with Wilton eyes and handle on the door :)
