Rudolph Ornament from Light Bulb-Tutorial

This Rudolph Ornament is a great kids craft and another fun idea for using light bulbs! Any color old or new bulb can be used and I like the C9 size, but I've seen them made from regular light bulbs, wooden C9 type bulbs, the big plastic craft store ones that can be filled, and some folks even paint them brown. So the bottom line-make it any way you want to:@) I happened to have some vintage C9 bulbs (thanks Sue!) so that's what I used.
While these glass bulbs are pretty sturdy, please closely supervise the kids if they're using them.

Rudolph Ornament from Light Bulb
Material:
~Light bulb, any color, C9 or whatever size you have
~chenille or tinsel pipe cleaner,  cut into one 8" piece and two 2" pieces, any color you have
~pom-pom for nose, approx 1/2" or whatever size you have
~googly eyes, approx 10MM or whatever size you have
~glue, I used a hot glue gun but any fast drying glue would work

Wrap the 8" pipe cleaner around the top of the bulb and bring the ends to the "sides" of his head.
Secure it with a dab of glue.

Glue on the eyes and then the nose.

Wrap one of the 2" pieces of pipe cleaner around each side to make antlers. Bend them a bit.
Leave enough room on one side to curl the tip of the antler so you can use it to hang Rudolph on the tree.
There you have it folks, a cute, quick craft that would make great gifts from the kids!
Have a happy day:@)
