Peanut Butter Bon-Bons for Happy Birthday Wishes!

A little birdie told me that today is the birthday of our favorite author and hostess of Foodie Friday, Michael Lee West! So I channeled my inner Teeny and decided to make some Peanut Butter Bon-Bons. And of course they're decorated for a fun October birthday with seasonal sprinkles:@)

For the Bon-Bons: I rolled my peanut butter dip HERE into balls and coated them in white chocolate melts (with a little added shortening to help thin it out). I do recommend putting the balls in the freezer for a while before trying to coat them in the warm candy. Decorate as desired while still wet.
I've been participating in Foodie Friday since I started blogging, and yep, it's been a while:@) Michael, thank you for a great weekly party! Your ideas and generosity help keep blogging fun!

Maybe while nibbling a Bon-Bon you can treat yourself to a Peach Martini!

And you know where there's a party...
Happy Birthday Michael-Have Fun!

  18. You and Earl know how to host a party. I have a weakness for peanut butter, and when it's made into bon bons, coated with white chocolate, and festooned with sprinkles, I'm in foodie heaven...(I won't say hog heaven around Earl). Then you topped it off with a peach martini. This is the life! Thanks so much for this birthday celebration and the delicious food! xxoo
