Bacon Wrapped Apricots with Sage-PIGskin Challenge Year 3!

I can't believe it's time for my Personal PIGskin Challenge again, and this year I'm extra excited:@) If you're new to this, at the beginning of Football Season I choose a food to focus on for the 17 weeks of games, trying to make things that will be fun for parties and the holidays.
Year 3 will be...
BACON!!!
Oh yes, that most perfect salty, smoky, crunchy, yummy Food of the Gods-Bacon!

Of course that perked a couple ears up, but I think Earl will get over it...
eventually.

For Week One I decided to make an appy that I bookmarked last year...
Bacon Wrapped Apricots with Sage
Love the salty-sweetness of this perfect bite sized munchie! Not sure what the sage brings to the party,
if you don't have it I think it could easily be left out.
Oh and, you don't need to have fun little picks in your team colors but um, all the cool kids do:@)
Go Eagles!!! Boy I love football season!
