I was pleased with the way this Sweet Thai Chili Sauce Cucumber Salad turned out. Lot's of big flavor for only three ingredients:@) Maybe four if you'd like to add some sliced onion. Simply use your favorite Thai chili sauce (mine was from Dollar Tree) and use a ratio of 2:1. Two times the chili sauce to one time the amount of cider vinegar. Just use enough sauce to be able to stir over the cucumbers, nothing has to be exact. Let sit for a little while and enjoy! This was a nice way to use a cucumber from the garden.
So far the plants are hanging in there:@) I do see cucumber beetles starting to come around though...
The bees have been happy, making honey while the sun shines😄
2:1 ratio of chili sauce to cider vinegar
Sliced cucumbers
~Mix everything, let sit for about an hour. Stir and serve.
Eat Well and Have a Happy Day:@)
