First, please allow me to start this football Saturday with a big ole GO EAGLES!!! This has been a fun season and all of Philly will be tuned in tonight:@)
It's cold out folks, so how about kicking back at home and trying an excellent dinner that requires a few steps to prepare. These Beef Enchilada Stuffed Peppers were very good and made the house smell amazing! I've even included a recipe for homemade enchilada sauce. Use your pepper of choice, but I will say the poblano peppers were gorgeous at the store last weekend.
And in Barbie's world, the dollhouse renovation continues... I've added an update on the kitchen, cute! Why don't you pour a cuppa and pop on over for a look:@)
