These Bread Machine Pound Cakes are a nice quick, set it and forget it kind of treat. Especially on a busy day:@) While maybe not a traditional pound cake in the truest form, it is still a sweet dense cake, and a very nice snack with a cup of coffee or tea. And the slices do freeze nicely too. Recipe below is for my one pound Zo bread machine, simply increase for larger machines. And yes folks, as Christmas approaches, even after all these years (bought in 2015), my Mini Zojirushi bread machine still gets a good workout!
