Honey Garlic Meatballs -Little Dipper Crock Pot or Larger Slow Cooker

These sticky Honey Garlic Meatballs disappeared quickly at dinner a while ago. They're a great appy and would be perfect for noshing on during whatever sporting events we have, for however long we have them... Go Flyers!!! The sauce uses pantry ingredients and we loved the addition of fresh garlic. Don't hesitate to whip up a batch folks, this might just become one of your go-to party recipes:@)

One fourth of the recipe fits into the Little Dipper Crock Pot, cook the meatballs for about 3 hours in the LD.
I like to add paper towels under the lid to collect the condensation, for any slow cooker.

Honey Garlic Meatballs-from Fabulessly Frugal
28 oz fully cooked frozen meatballs
1/4 C brown sugar
1/3 C honey
1/2 C ketchup
2 Tblsp soy sauce
3 cloves garlic minced, approx 1 1/2 tsp
  1. Add meatballs to 4 quart slow cooker. This is a good recipe to use a liner if you have one, it's ~sticky~.
  2. Mix everything else and pour over meatballs, stir.
  3. Add lid, cook on low for 4 hours, stir and serve.
Eat well and have a happy day:@)
