I was out of balsamic vinegar so I used red wine vinegar and a pinch of sugar, not a bad substitute.
1/4 C balsamic vinegar-sub a low carb vinegar if desired
2 Tblsp olive oil
3 cloves of garlic, pressed
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp dried basil
S&P to taste
1 lb cremini mushrooms (Baby Bellas), trimmed and cleaned
fresh minced parsley for garnish
- Mix everything except mushrooms and parsley.
- Add mushrooms and marinate 10-15 minutes.
- Skewer mushrooms and grill over medium heat until cooked through, maybe 10-15 minutes turning occasionally.
- Stop by the original post for oven directions.
Yummy! And just in time for father's day weekend!
