Green Apple Salsa

This Green Apple Salsa is really different and perfect as we look forward to fall! The word I'd use for it is "refreshing". I could actually see julienning everything and serving it as a pickled salad for our Sunday dinner! I'm thinking it would be good with pork:@)
I didn't plan on peeling the apple, just wasn't paying attention.
And speaking of not paying attention... I only used 1/3 C celery, cucumber and onion too...
Seemed pretty darn good to me:@)
One other suggestion is, taste it after it's all mixed,
you might want to add a touch of sugar to cut the pucker-you know your crowd...
I didn't add sugar but wanted to toss that thought out there.
