Bunnies in the Garden -Chocolate Covered Peeps

I wanted to share a simple idea to add to the dessert buffet or charcuterie board... These Bunnies in the Garden, aka Chocolate Covered Peeps come together quickly and can be decorated in any seasonal sprinkles. I used semi-sweet chocolate and some green jimmies for the 'garden' look, but white chocolate works well too. Have some candy melts? Yep, even easier. This would be a cute project for the kids to make, they could leave some out for the Easter Bunny... I think finding a nibbled ear in the morning might give them a chuckle:@)

Chocolate Covered Peeps

1. Separate Peeps.
2. Melt chocolate in small bowl or cup in microwave. Stir until smooth.
3. Dip Peep into chocolate, then into sprinkles.
4. Place on wax or parchment paper until chocolate firms back up.
