While we love desserts of all sorts, there's no doubt about it, apple pie is #1 with the crew here at Pig In Mud. I wanted to mention that it's fun to decorate pies too folks... I've had this retro Santa decoration from Etsy for a few years, and decided to bring it out for this pie. I simply gave the cool top crust a dusting of powdered sugar and, wa-la, we have snow! I think Santa, the reindeer and trees are really sweet and give this dessert just a little extra something-something:@)
