Orange Marmalade BBQ Sauce for Meatballs

Here's another really easy appy that has amazing flavor folks, I wouldn't hesitate to make this Orange Marmalade BBQ Sauce for Meatballs for any gathering! I like cooking the sauce in a skillet so it reduces a little and becomes very thick and sticky. These (store bought) meatballs are great with the simple two ingredient sauce but if your crowd likes a little smoky heat, shaking in some chipotle powder to taste is a beautiful thing:@)
While I'm showing them with fun football pics (from JoAnn Fabric last year) they'd best be served with little cocktail forks because you will want to swish them around and scoop up as much sauce as you can:@) I've been buying mini-meatballs and really think they're a perfect size for appys. More great meatball recipes can be found HERE.

Orange Marmalade BBQ Sauce for Meatballs
Ratio: twice as much BBQ sauce to orange marmalade. Approx 2 C BBQ sauce, 1 C marmalade for 2 lb meatballs.
Optional: chipotle powder to taste.
  1. Bring to boil in skillet, reduce to simmer until desired consistency, stirring constantly.
  2. Add cooked/heated meatballs, coat thoroughly and enjoy!
Eat well and have a happy day:@)
