Corn on the Cob with Buffalo Wing Sauce and Blue Cheese Dressing -Instant Pot Pressure Cooker Option

Let's see, so far I've made Buffalo broccolizucchiniBrussels sprouts, cauliflower and butternut squash... Let's add some Corn on the Cob with Buffalo Wing Sauce and Blue Cheese Dressing to the list:@) If you're a hot sauce fan, you will love this! Cook the corn your favorite way, I used my Instant Pot pressure cooker, but I think a little char from the grill would be welcome too. Sweet corn and butter, spicy hot sauce, cold creamy blue cheese... Oh my, this was fun folks!

Pressure cooker corn on the cob:
Add 1 C water to vessel. Place cleaned corn in basket or on trivet.
Select 2 minutes, use automatic release, serve immediately.
It's my goal to eat as much farm fresh corn as I can this summer:@)
