Salad:
7 oz macaroni or ditalini, cooked, drained, rinsed under cold water and drained well
14 oz cole slaw mix
2 medium onions, chopped-I used less, you know your crowd
2 celery ribs, thinly sliced
1 medium cucumber, finely sliced
1 medium green pepper, finely sliced
8 oz can whole water chestnuts, drained and chopped-I did not have these
Dressing:
1 1/2 C Light Miracle Whip-I used mayonnaise
1/3 C sugar
1/4 C cider vinegar
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
- Add all salad ingredients to large bowl.
- Mix dressing, pour over salad and gently toss to coat.
- Cover and refrigerate at least one hour.
Eat well and have a happy day:@)
