I think they would make a great after school snack for the kids too!

I love deviled eggs too, but the thing I'm most jazzed about with this is the little hearts. I think I want to try to carve some for my Valentine's Day luncheon salads. So cute and so RED.
My grandkidlets LOVE deviled eggs...Lynn, I'm making up a big batch of these for them. I don't know if Ms. C. eats red peppers or not (she is VERY finicky) but the eggs will be a great alternative to candy. Thanks!!
