I love Spritz cookies and try to find ways to use them year-round.
And for something that's not chocolate... Almond Surprise Cupcakes.

I used to make a lot of cupcakes until 5 or 6 years ago when my husband told me that he does not like cupcakes. What's up with someone who doesn't like cupcakes? That's just WRONG! LOL Just wrong.
