Cinco de Mayo-Recipes!

Hola Amigos! Thursday is Cinco de Mayo and I thought I'd go through my older posts and list some recipes that might be fun for that celebration!

Arroz con Dulce (rice pudding with coconut milk)

  4. We do!!!we even have celebrated day of the dead in the past, even though there isnt an ounce of latina heritage in our lineage...we just use latin for work...BUT WE ADORE GOOD FOOD!

  9. Sometimes I cook Mexican food but not always. Guacamole is my favorite food group! My daughter is coming home Sunday for a week...maybe we will do something special this year!

    My boss HATES Cinco de Mayo because it coincides with his birthday and he gets tired of the radio advertisements. Since he hates it so much....and because we LOVE to tease him....we always decorate his office and bring in Mexican treats. It's a wonder we still have jobs. :o) Ole!
