Do you do anything for Cinco de Mayo? If you'll be celebrating, have fun!
Yes, I will be coming over for all of the above! Looks fantastic. I am getting in the mood for some of your ice cream and I am always in the mood for Mexican.
ReplyDeleteAdios amiga mia!
Those all look perfect for Cinco De Mayo.
ReplyDeleteHow great it would be living near you and dropping in for a big plate of these goodies.
ReplyDeleteWe do!!!we even have celebrated day of the dead in the past, even though there isnt an ounce of latina heritage in our lineage...we just use latin for work...BUT WE ADORE GOOD FOOD!
ReplyDeleteThose recipes look YUM!
I'm excited, I love a great mexican/latin meal. All of your recipes sound great.
ReplyDeleteHave a fantastic weekend.
I forgot Cinco De Mayo was right around the corner. I'm not a cook so we usually go out to our favorite Mexican restaurant.

ReplyDeleteSometimes I cook Mexican food but not always. Guacamole is my favorite food group! My daughter is coming home Sunday for a week...maybe we will do something special this year!
ReplyDeleteLynn, I thought I posted but it disappeared - these all sound delicious and I want to try the coconut rice pudding. I had a Cinco de Mayo celebratory lunch today, if you get a chance, stop by my blog. xo,
ReplyDeleteWe will of course be eating Mexican, but then that's a regular meal around these parts. ;-)

ReplyDeleteHi Lynn!
ReplyDeleteMy boss HATES Cinco de Mayo because it coincides with his birthday and he gets tired of the radio advertisements. Since he hates it so much....and because we LOVE to tease him....we always decorate his office and bring in Mexican treats. It's a wonder we still have jobs. :o) Ole!
This is a great Mexican Buffet. Thank you for sharing and have a great day!
ReplyDeleteEverything here looks great! I am going to try adding coconu milk to my rice pudding next time I make it!
