Have some extra pineapple? Go ahead, drain it well and toss it in right before serving, I bet it would be great!
2 C julienne carrots, really load the cups full
6 oz pina colada yogurt
1/2 tsp Lawry's Seasoned Salt
1 C grapes, sliced into halves or quarters-I like quarters
handful of raisinsoptional-a little sugar to taste-I didn't use it but think some folks would like it
- Mix carrots, yogurt and seasoned salt.
- Gently fold in grapes and raisins.
- Chill until ready to serve.
Eat well and have a happy day:@)
