Have you ever tried to take a pictures of Jello?
It's kinda... shiny:@)
The can of fruit I started with:
Four serving size lemon Jello
1/2 C boiling water
1 1/4 C lemon/lime soda
15 oz can Citrus Salad, drained well
- Mix Jello with 1/2 C boiling water until dissolved.
- Stir in 1 1/4 C lemon/lime soda.
- Place in refrigerator until partially set, approximately 30-40 minutes.
- Gently fold in grapefruit and orange segments.
- Pour into 3 C mold that's sprayed with cooking spray.
- Chill until set, four hours to overnight.
- Dip mold in warm (not hot) water, dry outside and turn Jello out onto serving platter.
Eat well and have a jiggly happy day:@)
