Table for One-FALLin' for Dollar Tree

Hi everyone! Have you seen the cute fall dishes and glasses at Dollar Tree? I thought I'd put a setting together using items from that store.
Actually, everything on the table was $1 or a gift!
Dinner plate, soup bowl, glass, leaf doilies and candle holder-Dollar Tree.
Definitely feels like Fall!
I have been extremely fortunate lately, do you see the cute basket weave plate, that was actually part of a fall give-away from Lori at My Heart With Pleasure Fills. Have you stopped by Lori's blog recently?
She has fun decorating ideas, likes thrifting and shares yummy recipes!
I will enjoy setting the table these goodies, thank you Lori!

  1. Lynn,

I have my eyes on those dishes too. I bought four of the glasses for my current tablescape. Your place setting looks delightful.

Thanks for the apple butter idea. I didn't know you could make it without a copper kettle. I will definitely be looking for a recipe and making some. My dad and Jordan LOVE apple butter.

    Have a great day! La

  22. You're getting into the fall decorating mode too I see. Nice items you won.
I wonder if Dollar Tree is the same as the Dollarama we have here in Ontario? It's a big chain store and we're actually going to get one here in our rural area soon. Yipee!

  34. Way too cute. I will have to go to the dollar store. I love your apple crisp for one. I hung CDs in my apple tree this year so that the birds would be scared off and I just had my first one today. It seems to have worked. Last year I only got one good one - they ate the rest. Can't wait to make something yummy with them.

I will keep checking back with them though...maybe they'll be there soon! I think your basketweave plates look fabulous with your new autumn plate! It looks like the glass matches the dinnerware? Awesome! And...I would really love to have some of those leaf doilies...so pretty! Thank you for sharing your autumn pretties with us, Lynn!

  42. Good morning Lynn, thank you so much for your faithful visits to my Blog. I love reading your comments. I have been gone for 4 days on a buying trip with my sister. I have so many people to catch up with. She is an antique dealer and I went along just to keep her company. She bought a car full and I bought a couple of fun things that I will share later.

Love the Dollar Tree store because you can decorate nicely on a budget. These days that is a good thing. I love what you found. A lovely table setting Lynn. Congrats on your win. Lucky you. Smile.
