This week I thought I'd keep it real and show you exactly what I've had an appetite for - getting the garden planted! Love flowers, but live for the veggies! Guess it's that whole "fruits of your labor" thing...
I picked up the rose tablecloth at a flea market for $2 and the lunch plates, with cups, at the Salvation Army for 99 cents. We had the gentlest spring rain last night, so perfect for new plants and seeds. Notice the circles on the plates, they look like rain drops hitting puddles...
Here's hoping all your weeds are wild flowers!
I'm joining the following:
Beautiful plates. Don't you just love a great deal?

Love your wonderful luncheon plates. What a great find and the table cloth is just lovely. I love a veggie garden too, ours is almost gone for the year, but come fall we will start again. The desert is just too hot to have a garden. Love the flowers too. Thanks so much for joining the party. Hugs, Marty
ReplyDeleteLove to plant too. I am happy the rain and sunshine are in balanced. All my flowers are doing good but have to start planting my veggies too. Thanks for sharing the picture. Happy weekdays!
