Candy Coated Peanut Butter Filled Pretzels

Looking for a fast, fun idea that doesn't require baking or a great project the kids could do themselves?
These pretzels are a tasty treat and come together in no time.

This is a variation of the chocolate covered ones I saw on Pinterest HERE.
Plan A was to dip my pretzels into the colored candy melts like the chocolate ones above and add the sprinkles, but the candy was too thick. After a quick Google search on how to thin it... I didn't have an answer so I just put it into an icing bag and drizzled it over the pretzel. If anyone has a tried and true tip for thinning candy melts please let us know in a comment-thanks!

Peanut Butter
Candy melts or chocolate
Sprinkles
  1. Smear peanut butter on a pretzel and top it with another pretzel.
  2. Melt candy melts or chocolate-I used the microwave, and dip or drizzle over pretzels. I added the candy to a disposable icing bag and snipped a tiny bit off of the end.
  3. Add sprinkles while the candy is still wet.
  4. Let candy firm up.
