Don't know why he's upset...

All I said was "I saw a Thanksgiving apron and thought of you".
Next thing I knew Earl threw a hissy (or is it pitched a hissy???).

Anyway he said he's taking his giblets for a walk and stormed off...
Touchy, touchy...

PS-Yep, that is a hard frost you see, went down into the 20's on Monday night
and the Mid-Atlantic is expecting a Nor'Easter with up to 50 MPH winds and rain/snow tonight.
My thoughts lie with those still struggling through Sandy-please be safe.

  1. I'm from the south and we always called it throwing a hissy fit. You don't want to witness some people's hissy fits :)

I'm with you in wishing those suffering from Sandy to stay safe. The weather patterns seem to be stuck. Hope you and Earl also stay warm and bundle up with the upcoming front.

  3. Please don't tell Earl but it could be worse--as in, my sister is roasting a ham for Thanksgiving in addition to a turkey.

I believe the correct term is throwing a hissy fit. I should know as I've thrown quite a few!!

    Best,

  5. "Hissy fit"...I haven't heard that phrase in ages. Sometimes its the perfect way to describe behavior. Hope Earl gets over it.

  7. That apron is so cute. We had to scrape the frost off our truck the other day. It's getting to be that time of the year.

  16. Earl shouldn't be so touchy. He'd better watch it or those giblets will freeze. :)
