It's almost too easy! Make popcorn (I used an air popper), grate the cheese using a microplane zester, set the pepper grinder a little coarser and give it a couple turns, and finally add a sprinkle of kosher salt. Done! I can't speak to diet or calories... just going to say it's quick, it's natural and a perfect snack.
Have a happy day:@)

I just happen to have a hunk of Parmesan in the fridge right now, and plenty of popcorn too. I'm thinking this might be a fun evening snack.
ReplyDeleteIt can't be too much of a diet buster.
Now that's what I call gourmet popcorn!

ReplyDeleteNow that's my kind of treat - I love the savory when I snack!
ReplyDeleteSounds really delicious to me, too. Will have to give it a try. I was using microwave bags of popcorn but I think I want to go a more natural route from now on,either in a pot on the stove or in a brown bag like Marlis does. xo,

I haven't tried popcorn with Parmesan yet. I have to admit, I'm a simple butter and salt girl. Next time I made popcorn, I'll have to try this on some first! I love Parm and this does sound tempting.
ReplyDeleteStep aside Orville!
ReplyDeleteI love popcorn about any way it's fixed. We love pepper but have never tried the cheese. Going to, tho.
