Dill Dip1 C sour cream
3 Tblsp parsley (I used 2 tsp dry, I'm sure fresh would be great!)
2/3 C mayo
2 Tblsp finely minced onion
1 tsp seasoned salt
3 tsp dry dill weed
Mix, refrigerate over night. It really blends and mellows out nicely if you give it the time.
Serve with veggies or potato chips:@))

I love dill in a dip, this sounds delicious! I may make this instead of the spinach dip for Christmas. Someone always brings the spinach dip.
