Mice In The Kitchen-Oh My!

Hey everyone! Happy Foodie Friday! Tis the season for fun little pranks, and I wanted to share these cute mice! They are simply melted chocolate chips, a maraschino cherry, Hershey Kiss and almond slivers. I use a dab of black food coloring gel for the eyes.

I've seen directions for these many places on the internet:
1. Melt chocolate chips.
2. Dip the cherry and place on wax paper.
3. Attach the kiss. Hold it in place for a few seconds till it "sets".
4. Add the almonds and let it dry.
5. Add the eyes with a toothpick. (could use a little melted white chocolate for eyes too)
Folks usually make them at Christmas,
but I think they're great for Halloween too!
Have a happy day:@)
