Curried Chicken Salad with Pineapple and Grapes

This Curried Chicken Salad with Pineapple and Grapes is a very nice way to use up some leftover chicken. I enjoyed it on a bed of lettuce but could also easily see it in wrapped in a tortilla as a cold sandwich. Either way, if you're looking for something just a little different, don't hesitate to give this salad a try folks, I think you'll like it:@)

The grapes are unexpected and fun!
Recipe is easily scaled down to half or a quarter.

Curried Chicken Salad with Pineapple and Grapes-from Taste of Home
4 C cubed, cooked, chilled chicken
20 oz can pineapple tidbits, well drained
1 C halved seedless grapes
1/2 C mayonnaise
1/2 tsp curry powder
fresh cilantro as garnish, optional-I didn't have it but would have used it if I did
lettuce for serving
~Mix everything and store covered in refrigerator until serving.
