These silly little snowflakes make me smile every time I see them and I'm tickled with this purchase!

Went Junkin! Crochet Snowflakes
Sometimes I'm amazed at what I find at thrift stores, occasionally because the price is so high... and sometimes because it's so low. I found a set of 12 crochet and starched snowflakes, 3.5-4" big and no two alike, for 47¢. Immediately knew I'd hang them from the kitchen curtains with fishing line (six in each window) and I plan to enjoy them all winter... Or until we've had enough snow:@)

ReplyDeletei have some, too! i think my sis made them many years ago and sent them to me for christmas so i'd have some wisconsin snow. i pull them out at christmas and sometimes hang them around. :)

Lynn! I love them! That is quite the buy! I have been buying little felt critters and have found some on sale. Not that good of a price, but they just make my heart sing.
ReplyDeleteI am SO glad to see you. I have been a pretty sick puppy for the last few months, but I am on the mend. PTL. i also broke the glass on my IPAD and have to use Mr. Magpie's computer at night. But I thought I would come by and give you a cyber hug. Hope your THanksgiving was a happy one!

ReplyDeleteThese are adorable and so much easier than making them yourselves. I never find much at our Thrift Stores. We must all be too thrifty and hold onto things. I know I give them great things all the time! haha
