Loaded Baked Potato Dip-A Weight Watchers Recipe

I'll admit I'm a little amused that we're talking Weight Watchers and potato chips, but as soon as I saw this Loaded Baked Potato Dip it sounded good to me, so I tried it. And in all fairness, they do suggest eating it with vegetables too. This is a nice dip to add to the rotation folks, it's great with chips and I can really taste the bacon, onion and garlic. If you happen to have some leftover (ha!), I'm sure it would be very good on a baked potato too.
I made a more... full fat version... using regular bacon and cheese. I also didn't measure the chives so I know there's more than a tablespoon in mine. Be sure to give it the hour in the fridge so all the flavors can mingle, it makes a big difference. Whether you're counting points or not, I think you'll like this dip if you try it!

  1. Mmmmm, Lynn, sounds delicious, I especially like the idea of this dip with a baked potato (or a cooked potato in its jacket perhaps?). xx

  2. Thanks, Lynn!! Even with a little less guilt, it's better than the full on stuff!!

  4. Mmm this dip sounds so good, Lynn. I'd be using regular bacon and full fat cheese, too. I never buy turkey bacon as it's not something that I even like. Why do they even call it bacon?
Happy football watching tomorrow! Did you save enough of this dip for the boys and Rachel to try? I'll bet they'll love it.

  5. Yep, I'm having a hard time with the idea of potato chips from Weight Watchers. But if they say so, I hardly approve!

  11. I do prefer a carrot to a chip when it comes to dipping. This sounds way too good to be diet anything.
