While I'm showing them with fun football pics (from JoAnn Fabric last year) they'd best be served with little cocktail forks because you will want to swish them around and scoop up as much sauce as you can:@) I've been buying mini-meatballs and really think they're a perfect size for appys. More great meatball recipes can be found HERE.
Orange Marmalade BBQ Sauce for Meatballs
Ratio: twice as much BBQ sauce to orange marmalade. Approx 2 C BBQ sauce, 1 C marmalade for 2 lb meatballs.
Optional: chipotle powder to taste.
- Bring to boil in skillet, reduce to simmer until desired consistency, stirring constantly.
- Add cooked/heated meatballs, coat thoroughly and enjoy!
Those little picks are so cute and I know the marmalade BBQ sauce must taste fantastic. Happy Sunday Lynn.
