Early Fall-Gotta Love It!

While I enjoy all the seasons and different things they each bring, fall is my favorite! I love the colors and smells (I always look forward to baking again), not to mention the excitement that football brings. Here are a few of my favorite seasonal posts, just click the title (aren't these colors yummy folks:@)...

Crafts:
1. Yo-Yo Pumpkins-Tutorial-One of my most popular posts.
2. Refashioned Fall Wreath
3. Pumpkin Pickin' Poncho for Barbie-I just think it's so cute and even Barbie gets cold...
4. Homemade Air Freshener-Maybe not a craft but it sure makes the house smell great:@)

Football (of course):
1. Team Pie! Just freehand your team name with a paring knife.
2. Team Marshmallows-Fun and very easy-get the kids involved!
3. Recycled Jar Team Candle
4. Football Deviled Eggs

Snack Food-Oh Yea:
1. Guiltless Buffalo Chicken-Tutorial-less calories than fried.
2. Hoagie Dip-A taste of Philly!
3. Sweet Cider Mustard Dip-Easy and oh-so-good!
4. Bacon Cheeseburger Meatballs

Add to this crisp air, jeans, turtlenecks, colorful leaves, soup, pumpkins, the smell of someone burning wood in the fireplace... I could go on and on...

    I hope you didn't have your turtle neck on TODAY! It was almost 90!

    Fall is certainly my favorite too...I love the weather and the colors of the leaves the most (an anything made with apples)! It certainly doesn't feel like anything other than hot, hot summer around here, but it is on the way!

    Fall used to remind me of meeting my husband at college but now it has to compete with your dips! Poor hubby - the sweet memories are being pushed aside by the savory ones - ha ha!

    I make an aroma thingie using orange peels, and my husband just loves it. I refuse to do it until it gets chilly outside because it makes it more special when you save it for fall.

    Since summer and winter are my favorite seasons, I am hanging on to summer right now. We still have high 80's and low 90's so it's still summertime for moi.
